1. Reservations
1.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to make a Reservation.
1.2 You can make a reservation using our online booking website or through other channels such as call centers and travel agents. Rooms are subject to availability and any applicable taxes and service charges as announced during the booking process.
1.3 Upon arrival, please pay in full for the services booked in advance and deposit a corresponding amount in advance for the services incurred during your stay at the Hotel.
1.4 All guests must register and present a valid identity card (citizen ID or passport and visa) upon check-in at the hotel's Front Desk.
1.5 ARTIS HOTEL DALAT may cancel your reservation at any time without affecting any other rights we may have if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions:
(a) for security purposes;
(b) by order of the Government or any competent authority; or
(c) due to Force Majeure events.
In the above cases, your cancellation notice will be sent by Artis Hotel Dalat via email, text message or via booking software.
1.6 All weapons, explosives, chemicals, toxic substances, or smelly objects/foods are strictly prohibited from being brought into the hotel. Upon check-in, these items will be securely checked by our qualified staff. Items can be picked up at time of check-out.
2. Check-in and check-out time
2.1 Standard check-in time of ARTIS HOTEL DALAT is 14:00 on arrival day and check-out time is 12:00 noon on departure day.
In case the customer wants to guarantee early check-in, the surcharge will be calculated as follows:
Check-in before 6:00 am: 100% room rate on arrival date.
Early check-in after 06:00 am: 50% room rate on arrival date.
Late check out before 06h00 pm: 50% room rate on arrival date.
Late check out after 06h00 pm: 100% room rate on arrival date.
Early check-in and late check-out times are subject to change, depending on the Hotel and room availability. You will be informed of your check-in and check-out times during the booking process at Artis Hotel.
2.2 In case of early check-in or late check-out, please agree with the Receptionist in advance and pay additional related surcharges according to Artis Hotel's regulations.
2.3 Note, in the event that you request to check out earlier than scheduled, ARTIS HOTEL will charge you for the entire stay at the hotel as booked, unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy of the hotel. friend.
3. Cancellation
3.1 In case a customer has completed an online reservation on our website, but cannot proceed with his trip, he can contact the hotel to cancel the reservation or reschedule the booking. 4. Child Policy
- For children under 6 years old: free extra child bed (crib), served according to the guest's needs (maximum 02 children sleeping in the same bed with parents) and depending on the hotel's available facilities .
- The 3rd child under 6 years old or from 6 to 11 years old: An extra bed is required and the price of the extra bed is calculated according to the hotel's regulations.
- Children from 12 years old and above: charged as adults, surcharge for extra person and extra bed at the prescribed rate
The surcharge for adding an extra bed is set at 300,000 VND/bed and may change depending on the hotel and the actual situation at each time of the year.
